Jane Charteries (f)

Jane is Practice Manager in the practice.

She has worked in the practice since 2005 prior to this working for a local firm gaining her extensive experience in administration.

Adele Bracher (f)

Deputy Practice Manager

Adele assists the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of the Practice ensuring systems and operations run smoothly.

Susan Foxcroft (f)

Clinical Coder / Secretary

Susan has worked in practice over 20 years and clinically codes patient record information, so that important information in your medical records can be easily and correctly identified.

Susan also works behind the scenes to ensure that monthly and quarterly returns of our activity are sent to the appropriate places to account for our work.

Shona Batey (f)

Reception Administrator and registration clerk.

Shona works within the administration team and also deals with patient registration, Shona has been working in Haltwhistle over 20 years.

Emily Smith (f)

Reception Administrator

Emily joined the team as an apprentice and completing her training in 2020 she is now a full time administrator.
